The location is great if you want to access a large urban plaza, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the property. Rooms are airy and spotlessly clean and there were exceptionally comfortable beds. Terrific service, thanks very much. The employees working here are very, very nice and polite.

The property was clean, with excellent facilities. We stayed 4 nights; would stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at a well-designed mini apartment in the center of the city. The shower was excellent, and the apartment had a fully functional kitchenette and a balcony. I was impressed by the hospitality of the lovely receptionist, who even gave a gift to my daughter and her boyfriend. The location was perfect, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and shopping. The apartment was clean and silent, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel.

Brand-new room, excellent experience!

I loved it, location and staff were amazing. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of meals. The location was marvellous near public transport and the downtown and the major Plaza's and museums, and had everything you needed.

Fairly clean apartmet with little balcony near metro station, restaurants and shopping street, the museums, and the shopping area. Unbeatable setting in the heart of Madrid.

We had an ENJOYABLE stay there and would recomand to all. It was in an unbeatable place. Also, we liked that it was near to the Metro.

my apartment was amazing really close to other areas, all the major sights and the puerta del sol. i was delighted about very good check-in. it was incredible in the heart of madrid.

The location of the apartment was excellent, very close to the center and convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, they were well-maintained and spacious.

We encountered a few issues during our stay. the air conditioning went out on our last night which made it uncomfortable, particularly on the higher floors.

I did like the location and the fact that the bedrooms were located not near the street. Beds were comfortables and the bathroom was spacious. Another air conditionner would have been pratical in the second bedroom. During the week, the change of towels and bed sheets were appreciated.

Things that could be improved : In the kitchen : a spatula would have been appreciated as well as another cooking pan. Just 2 soaps for the diswasher for the week is really not enough, specially as there are only dishes for one meal. We had no choice to wash the dishes after every meal. Same thing for the washer, it would have been appreciated to have some soap available to wash our clothes. When you mentionned "full equiped", for us, it meant also that with the olive oil, coffee, tea and suggar, there would be some salt and pepper and some spices to cook... In the bathroom, we had to ask for more toilet paper... When 4 women are staying together, the toilet paper is fast used. To have only 2 at first is definitly not enough !!!!!

Location and amenities are perfect. This amazing apartment is based not far from Madrid and airport and/or train and the museums;)))

I loved the apartment though some things didn't work.

Great location for exploring the city's attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. The rooms were well-equipped with a small kitchenette and sitting area. The complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, and tea were a nice touch. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing for easy access to the hotel with codes provided. Leaving our bags with the receptionist on our last day was convenient.

The lack of exterior signs made it difficult to find the hotel initially. Self-check-in was a bit confusing, especially for tired travelers.

Close to some tourist activities

Noisy in and outside the bulidling. Parts of the contract was in spanish (the itemised list of contents) which I couild not read so there for couild not sign/verify.
